1. How can I speak with a live person regarding any shipping or customer service
questions I have?

If you leave a message after 5:30pm, we will return your call the following morning
before 10am ET.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are with a school,
non-profit or not-for-profit organization, please contact Jennifer Merchan directly to discuss

3. When will my order ship?
All orders placed by 4:00pm ET will be processed and filled that day. Orders placed
after this time will be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed after
4:00pm ET on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. If you

4. How can I find out the status of my order?
FedEx website or by contacting Tina Elam at (804)762-4500 ext. 212 or
Email Tina. Orders shipped through the US Postal Service typically
take 3-5 days; there are no tracking capabilities on these orders. If you'd like to
speak to a live person about your order, please call Tina Elam, our customer

Please also call Tina if you've shipped via the US Postal Service but have not yet
received your order within the designated time-frame.

5. How much is international shipping?
We ship internationally via FedEx as well as USPS. Cost varies depending upon
location and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost is to go through
the ordering process on our website. After entering the shipping information, the

6. How much are duties for international shipping?
